Challanges for Project Engineer / manager (Non IT Field)
As an Engineer what qualities is required to be a Good Project Manager for Oil & Gas Upstream field...???
In today's time lots of challanges are there for an Engineer but would like to know In what areas are more important and having a good command or to become expertise for a Project Engineer / Manager who is working in Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction field. (Non IT Field)
I worked in that field. The problem here is the definition of "good". "Good" is subjective and it must convert into objective ones. To do that, it will depend on the organization (stakeholders, culture, goals to achieve with projects, etc etc). is not about you and me think related to "good project manager". Is about the organization you are working for think about it.
