I prefer SWOT analysis, but I usually use multiple analysis methods for comparison.
This is because the best analysis method may change depending on what is being compared.
This looks like a sample PMP exam question so should get moved into the Certification Central group.
SWOT analysis is a good option. A SWOT analysis is a high-level strategic planning model that helps organisations identify where they’re doing well and where they can improve, both from an internal and external perspective. It is an acronym for “Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
