Does anyone have good experience with a good tool for change management?
I'm looking for a software tool with an intuitive interface that is easy to work with in the daily life.
It must contain the possibility to setup workflows en relation changes and the PM must be able to get en overview og current status of all changes and also dive into details of specific workflows.
I'm assuming you are referring to project change control and not organization change management (OCM) or production change control?
While many of the high-end EPM/PPM platforms provide such capabilities, that may be beyond your budget and needs. A simpler approach would be to use an existing workflow engine - InfoPath, PEGA, Remedy ARS and others could all be used for this purpose.
