1. The building itself at a sufficient level of quality to meet requirements for all key stakeholders

2. Requirements, design & verification/validation documents

3. Multiple architectural blueprints

4. Approved permits

And the list goes on - Rami, I'm sure you could provide a few hundred or so :-)

Thank for your valuable comment.
One more to possibly add (zoning dependent) is an impact assessment on local infrastructure and area businesses. Can roads/public transit support the increase of people coming and is there a positive or negative impact to other local businesses.

Kiron, true that, thank you :-)

Syed

Here are some high level deliverables in sequence but it's not necessary that they all apply to your project:

Pre-Construction

1) Conceptual Design
2) Preliminary ROM Budget
3) Rezoning and Development Variance Applications
4) Working Drawings
5) BP Drawings + Submission
6) Class D Budget
7) Tender Drawings
8) Subcontractors Tenders
9) Building Permit
10) IFC Drawings

Construction

1) Ground Breaking
2) Sub-Structure Completion
3) Super Structure Completion
4) Substantial Completion
5) Final Occupancy

Be mindful that there are interim milestones in between those too. Hope this helps.

Syed,

Rami has a great list.

There is a 2016 construction extension to the PMBoK Guide available from PMI bookstore.
While it does not have a separate list of deliverables, it provides additional knowledge about what to consider in construction projects.

Comments above are very valuable. I will write about my personal experience only, no more than that. I believe it has no sence to list here a list of deliverables, Why? Becasue this type of initiatives fully depends on the country where you will execute the initiative. For example, depending on the country you will work, goverment/local regulations plus union "regularions" must be fullfiled and those can be provided by you thanks you engage the right subject matter experts. That is a must I will write about what I did when i was assigned to my first project related to this without previous experience in 1998 in a hugh critical project in my country, Argentina. After that I was assigned to this type of project in other country and I followed the same basically. 1-perform elicitation searching into the internet about the matter. You will find a lot mainly because the goverments around the world publish it. 2-understand the domain by searching about PESTLE analisys and Porter Five Forces anaisys. Perhaps you will not find documents exactly indicatiing it is a PESTLE or Five Forces analysis but with that on account you will find the data. 3-Critical: identify the stakeholders mainly the subject matter experts. Each organization/company has its own way to perform this projects mainly if you work for the goverment or privite firms (i was in both projects).
