You can get them in on demmand seminars here. If you are applying tor a certification then take into account to get some evidence just in case you are selected for audit proposes.
For the purposes of the PMP exam application, you need to take a course to get the 35 contact hours required.
I recommend Joseph Philips Course on Udemy.
You should first decide whether or not you are going to take a PMP prep course or use a self-study approach instead. If the former, many prep courses are five days in duration which would give you the 35 hours in one shot. If you choose to go the self-study approach using a prep guide like the RMC one, then what aspects of project management interest you? PMI doesn't care if you get your education from a single knowledge area so you could choose to do a foundation course covering the overall discipline or focus in on a single or couple of knowledge areas.
