Should I be taking the PMI-ACP or is the PMP enough?
I have already obtained my PMP, but I feel I can still be more "Agile ready" - should I be taking the PMI-ACP or is the PMP enough?

Are there alternatives/supplements to recommend?

How much actual agile delivery experience do you have and what are your near term career objectives? That might help you decide whether the ACP is the right answer or not...

+1 on Kiron's response. It really depends on current experience, career needs, career aspirations, etc. What are you hoping or expecting that having the ACP will provide?

As a point of reference, I do not have my ACP. It was on my radar a couple years back, but at this time, I don't feel it will add much value for me.

Kiron’s feedback is spot on. It all depends on your career path, goals and experience. For me, PMI-ACP was extremely beneficial.

Hi Jonathan

Agreed with the previous advices, It all depends on your career needs, self-expectation and experience. I do not have my ACP yet, and recently I don't feel it will add much value for me.
Thank you for your perspectives, everyone! I suppose the goal I had in mind was to be better acquainted with Agile methodologies as a PM for a product that I'm championing. PMI-ACP caught my attention as it doesn't seem to simply focus on just one approach. Am open to other ways of learning, and further suggestions.

If you want to learn more about agile, start with agilemanifesto.org, then skim over the Agile Practice Guide from PMI, and then read Choose Your WoW. The latter two are available as free PDF downloads for PMI members.
