It's better to use a digital management board with applications like Trello. All members of the team can access to the board with their individual accounts and is useful in this time of remote working.
Additionally, there is a newfangled tool that links Trello (that allows you to manage tasks with a board) with Power BI (that shows you the global indicators of the project). This tool is; https://www.facebook.com/Teleworking-Monitoring-107369664431280

While tools like Trello and Jira are good for work management, if you are looking for that plus other collaboration activity support you might consider a whiteboard-like solution such as Miro or Mural. That way you would not only be able to have the team manage their workflow online but they could also collaborate on their work itself.
I am considering to use Trello. Another tool that I am also considering is Monday.com
