Recommend a PSA Tool for a growing organisation
Hi,

I work for a small software services company that has 150+ employees and have about 20 projects at any given time, we are planning to expand to 400+ over the next two years and are in a process of start using a PSA (Professional Services Automation) software. can anyone in this group recommend a SAAS/Cloud software that they have experience with and found it useful in their organization.

We have started reviewing a lot of them right now but it is impossible to know 100% what we are getting into without actually adopting them. the demos from their sales team won't give us the required understanding of the tool we need.

Some of the tools we are evaluating:
- Mavenlink
- Projector PSA
- Kimble PSA Software
- Big Time
- Financial Force PSA
- Netsuite Open Air PSA
- Replicon PSA
- Forecast
- Accelo
- Miester Plan
- Cloud Coach

Some key features we are looking for in this tool:

- Resource Management (Visually with Gantt chart or similar)
- Scope management with CR tracking
- Time Tracking (ideally with JIRA integration)
- Project profitability and delivery management
- Billing (multiple currencies)
- Sales Integration (ideally salesforce)

I am looking for suggestions from fellow community members who had to make a similar choice or are using a PSA tool that they can recommend.

no, didn't know about this page, thanks.
I have used different tools from time ago up to date. The point is not the tool. The point is the process.

Agree, that's what we did with JIRA few years back and shall be focusing when we start using the PSA tool, we just need something that's flexible enough. thanks for the input.

the start of the video was a bit laborious, so you can skip to 4:40

Hope it helps.
