About shipping a hardcopy certificate

I have renewed the PMP certificate but official said it is unable to ship out new hardcopy anymore.

Would PMI reconsider to ship out new certificates for candidates?

I have put much cost but it turns out their policy is directed to be environmently friendly.

It seems not to be friendly for exam takers.

Just a piece of paper of achievement.

Quite disappointing.

Samir, PMI no longer ships any hard copies for the certificates. You will only get an online digital certificate.

I agree that PMI should provide an option for sharing hardcopy.

I would gladly pay an additional $15 if given the added option to issue a hardcopy paper official certificate of my PMP certification.
Absolutely agree with you

This is disappointing that there is no option for a hard copy. More work should be done on communicating that PMP certified professionals wont receive one, It has become customary and is highly celebrated to receive a hard copy when completing a program or obtaining such a prestigious designation (as PMI often emphasizes).

PMI should give this as an option to choose from while I respect the decision towards environment friendly. Candidates put too much effort and money and a physical authenticated hard copy can't match with a color printed one.

Some countries require original printed certificates. I agree with the decision not to send printed copies, but there should be an exception where you can order them as needed.
then you can use pmp electronic badge

The whole point is we want to have the option to pay for a hard copy so we can have the good seal. Printing it out ourselves is not giving us a legit looking certification

We are are writing to express our desire for an option to purchase a high-quality, legitimate printed PMP certificate. As a Project Manager working at the White House, I take great pride in my professional achievements, and having a well-printed certificate with a gold seal would be a significant addition to my office décor, both at work and at home.

The effort and dedication required to study for and pass the PMP exam are considerable, and I believe that the option to obtain a professionally printed certificate would be a fitting acknowledgment of this accomplishment. A poorly printed certificate does not adequately reflect the prestige and hard work associated with obtaining the PMP certification.

I kindly request that this option be made available to all certified professionals, allowing us to celebrate our achievements
