I will kick-off this by sharing the three key principles that continue to shape my approach:

1) Clarity of Purpose: Every project starts with understanding the “why.” Aligning teams around a shared goal not only keeps everyone motivated but also creates a roadmap for decision-making and prioritization.

2) Adaptability: Change is inevitable, but flexibility is a choice. The best project managers embrace change, find solutions in the face of obstacles, and teach their teams to do the same.

3) People-Centric Leadership: Projects are about people, not just timelines and budgets. Building trust and fostering a collaborative environment can make all the difference in project outcomes.

Good question, Rami!

I'd suggest:

- Maintain a laser focus on value. This applies not just to the rationale for doing the project, but also how we do the project. If some ways of working don't generate value we should be willing to question them.

- Create psychological safety

- Remain curious and open
