Boats can be any project or initiative or transformation like technology, processes, policies, organizational redesign, etc.

If project managers (PM) build the boats, change managers (CM) help people row the boats and leaders (L) guide the building and sailing of the boats, what strategies have you used to ensure that PM, CM and L co-exist in harmony?
