Knowledge transfer dissertation survey

Greetings projectmanagement members;
I am a PhD student at Capella University and I am conducting research on how knowledge transfers from one project and knowledge assimilation by another project, impact project performance. I am specifically interested in this from the perspective of professionals in project management.
As project management continues to grow in importance to organizations, this study has the potential to inform organizational leaders and professionals in project management on ways to capitalize on knowledge across projects and maximize project performance. The survey is short; it should take 15 - 20 minutes of your time, your responses are completely anonymous and confidential.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns regarding this study.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated! The survey is located at:
Thank you for your time.
