I would like to know if anyone has any inforamtion on how KM can support TQM of PM processes. If you consider that PM is a bunch of processes, then those processes would be subject to TQM. The QA of those processes will lead to continuous improvement of the processes. KM would be enabler to the continuous improvement of PM processes.
My problem is trying to find any work that has been done in this area. I've be pouring through the SEI CMMI web site, but that's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. I was hoping that they would at least have a baseline model of KM.
The closest thing I've found was Geroge Ball's document on "KM Process Maps". What I'd like to see is an example using TQM of PM processes instead of his example of the proposal process.
