If we are talking about PMP preparation, so my answer is

PMBOK, Rita and Fast Track App.
The best Project Management literature you can use are: PMBOK Guide, 5th Edition, Project Management Professional Exam Study Guide, 7th Edition, Kim Heldman and PMP Exam Prep: Questions, Answers, & Explanations: 1000+ Practice Questions with Detailed Solutions, Scordo, Christopher
Rita's, hands down. PMBOK more as a reference.
In order to take CAPM certification exam I'm studying from PMBOK, PMP and CAPM of Rita Mulcahy. In order to get 23 contact hours I'm also exercising with BrainBok.
PMBOK and Rita PMP Exam Prep.
Rita Mulcahy's book and PMBOK
I remember when i read the PMBOK for the first time, i was fascinated. Off course that not everything was clear at that moment, but this book inspired me to find more materials to read and to try to apply this tools and techniques in my first steps in management. Also comes to my mind a lot of material and concepts received in my MBA classes. Internet was a great source of information too.
I only studied PMBOK guide V5. I read it at least 3 times. Also, further for HR additional concepts like McGrager and Maslows theory etc I read from wikipedia. Later on I solved around 2000 questions and answers.
PMBOK, careeacademy, Olivvr lehmann, pm simulator, Head First labs are the best material to give you confidence
Read the PMBOK and use the RMC FASTrack software.
