Hope people understand, perhaps the conference helps, that things like "agile business analysis" or "agile project management" are buzzwords because they really do no exists. What exist is business analysis or project management performed inside an agile environment in the way you choose (for example following the IIBA or the PMI way).

I've checked the agenda, and the speakers, seems interesting.

My only concern as a newly PMP member I'm very confused with agile, scrum, ITLT, SAP Certified Associate Project Manager, Business Analyst, too much certifications, too much different words.

As Sergio said, maybe join it will help me to improve my knowledge.

I will be there. And believe me, unfortunatelly, when I really do not know the topics for each conference, my first impression is that the conference will contribute to the general missunderstanding.

Vincent, the key is to be agile at whole organization from an strategical point of view. Strategy is the way the organization react to environmental stimulus and create environmental stimulus. To do that, strategy will define the organizational architecture where functions are key to answer the stimulus. If project management and business analysis are defined as organizational functions then those functions will be agile if the organization is working on gain in agility. It is a matter of strategy, not about method, methodology, the mainfesto for something, etc.

I agree
Any organizational functions, is driven by the organizational strategy and it's culture. Else it is a smoke screen.

I have registered. I noticed Scott Ambler is a presenter. He has been in the Agile community before this even became a buzzword. I have never heard him actually speak but have many of his books.

Scott Ambler comes from object orientation. He has a great framework named Disciplined Agile Delivery that we are trying to use in the company where I am today. As I mentioned, I will be there because I always I trying to learn from others.

@Sergio, I have been looking at the Disciplined Agile Delivery diagram on the website by Scott Ambler. He has often been a bit ahead of the curve in my opinion. Have you read his book "Disciplined Agile Delivery"?
