Hello George: I had never heard about the de Bono Group or the Six Thinking Hats practical thinking process before this Discussion thread. I find it interesting, and the concepts are pretty simple. It be might a fun way to think about "wearing different hats" in different situations or conversations. Thanks for sharing this as it opened up a new concept for me.
