Difference between QA analyst vs. QA Technician
My organization is small and looking to improve the quality of the product we deliver. We are not large enough to have a fully functioning, robust quality assurance analyst who might look at system performance and creating test plans, but someone who can start small and think big. For example look primarily at the Front End of products and help identify problems areas, test and create lessons learned for launch... does anyone have any ideas how one would find such a person without them turning into a glorified copy editor and how their jobs can be created to grow into the leader of a robust QA group. Or what kind of skills would be ideal for this role?
