Go to the event page again (You can still access it) and from the top list, chose Profile (It is beside resources). When your profile opens, check the top left corner, there are 3 icons: One for Profile, One for Chat and the other is for Breifcase.
If you click on the 3rd icon, you will find everything you placed in your briefcase there.
I also attended the webinar and the pdfs are "corrupted" in my briefcase. I sent an email to support.
That's strange - I was able to download everything smoothly. Check your browser, sometimes it turns out to be the reason.

For me it worked on both but sometimes you need some plug-ins for it to work that's why I suggested trying another browser. If the problem persists then customer service will definitely help.
If you click on the pdf file, it may get open within the browser. Saving the file from the browser can corrupt the file sometimes.
I was surprised that I could only download one file at a time. I was expecting to be able to download the whole briefcase in one fell swoop.
I have tried each and every one of the tips or suggestions to access downloaded handouts from a webinar I attended that saved to my briefcase. Have no clue where these handouts end up or where the briefcase is. I really wanted a copy of this presentations.
