How to conflict management of team members with different stereotype?
I 'm Civil engineer.My position is Project Engineer.My project work about interior wall inside the building. For my team members are foremans control sub-contractor.They are older and more experience than me.Sometime they have conflict with me, because they are disagree my thinking. I don't want to have conflict in my team.

I would like to ask influencers
What do think and advice to me

Listen to them. Understand what their issues are. If you disagree explain why and ask them to correct your thinking. If they are older and more experienced chances are they are right.
