How do you create a general profile to define the kind of professional you want in the company/team

In order to shape a true agile mindset in the company I work for, we've used some tools such as creating the company profile:
Do you have other suggestions/practices for building this kind of general profile?

It is a matter of company culture. Not more than that. You have to clearly define your company culture (is not easy, culture is not write in a piece of paper) and that will determine the profile. For example, in my case, after working in some companies (hugh ones) with the compnies owner as external consultant my personal decision was I will never work in this company as head count becasue the company culture does not best fit for my personal profile and behaviour.
