I'm looking for some new books to read on Project Leadership. Either memoirs or
guidebooks on project leadership techniques.
Have you read anything lately that you felt enhanced your leadership skills?

My mentor recommended 3 books for me that have been so helpful. They are:

• Thinking in Systems: A Primer
• LEADERSHIP AND SELF-DECEPTION: GETTING OUT OF THE BOX by the Arbinger Institute
• What Color is Your Parachute? – Richard N. Bolles

Though a little bit more general:

Patrick M. Lencioni: The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
Network:82878

I find general leadership easier to find and just as beneficial for project management. Like Thilo, I recommend Lencioni's fable.

I also liked David Rock's Quiet Leadership.
