HI,
I am writing my thesis on Enhancing plan driven (PMBOK based) and Agile (Scrum based) project management and I want to include about 10 interviews from the project managers.
Scope : Large IT projects of 1 year of more duration

Open Questions : (Don't answer in comment , it must not have influence of comments.)

Your basic information like name , contact, company and experience
Advantages of one or both appraoches
Limitations of one or both approaches
If you can change upto 5 things to make it better, what would it be and why

I am not sure if I can put my email here or contact you somehow.
Else if you would put comment contact me then I will try to send you message.

Thanks in advance.
Regards,

I can post some questions:
- You are PMP certified PM and working on Agile methodology. How your PMP certification helps you while working on Agile?
- How do you choose life cycle for the project?

HI Sonali, Actually I am looking for someone to give me open ended answers to my questions.
I work on traditional appraoch but currently I joined a team working on scrum(Agile) with 400 people becasue I am writing my thesis on similar subject. I want to get out of my comfortzone and accept some chaos of Agile and find the best fit between methodologies.
