Scrum - Publishing

I am looking to implement Scrum at my work. We publish textbooks, epubs, as well as audio and video products for doctors studying for their boards. We work with many outside contributors to develop content.

I'm looking for someone who as experience with Scrum in the publishing industry.

I lead a hugh initiative in my actual work place where we decide to use SCRUM for making the solution related you asked. Let me say: you will be successful if and only if you understand: 1-what SCRUM really is. 2-if your organization is ready to use it or any other type of method to do things. For the last one, I published an article about the practical method I use for years, that was published by the IIBA and the PMI as best practices. Here the link. Hope it helps:
