Practices of Leadership in Project Management

Two webinars I already presented on this site are based on my book "The Ukemi Way" - here's the link below.

https://www.amazon.com/Ukemi-Way-Performan...words=Ukemi+way

I believe that the future of Project Managers lies in their ability to lead and to tap into their unique human potential. The practices in this book provide a structure everyone can use and apply right away.

Thoughts, comments, and feedback are all welcome.

Hi Syed,

Thank you for your comment. When it comes to VUCA I noticed that much of the solutions are focused on process or technology and little emphasis on people's behavior, motivations, and ability to adapt.

Best of luck with your talk.

About the book: It is not listed on Amazon/India. But you can find it on Amazon US, Canada, and UK. It is available in ebook format so much easier to get than a mailed hard copy.

Regards,
Chris
