Is Change Management and Project Change Management the same thing?

Not necessarily - there can be a change management policy for your company for processes, policies and software. You may have a seperate change management policy for your project.

I've attached just one example of a change management plan. I'd post more but this discussion board only allows one file per post.

File attached.

Dear Anonymous, many folks refer to big "C" Change Management as major changes to existing systems and little "c" change management as help desk kinds of change management changes and project change management as the change management policy for managing project changes such as change in scope, budget, schedule. Hope this helps. -- Mark Perry, VP of Customer Care, BOT International
