What area is the hardest for you to secure PDUs in The PMI Talent Triangle® and why?

It seems like Strategic & Leadership is the most challenging. True for you?

I depends how you look at them. Previously, yes they were challenging a bit but now, there are mroe ways of securing those PDU's especially through on-demand webinars.

Agreed Teresa -

Strategic and Business Management is hardest, especially for those of us who are working in a solo capacity and don't have in-house options to learn specific business processes within a given industry. Leadership and technical are much simpler to attain through reading, courses, conferences and so on.

I look at it from the other side - Technical category is so much more prevelant - low hanging fruit - it overshadow's content available for the other two areas - Strategic and Leadership

There are definitely fewer opportunities for the Strategic and Business Management side of the Talent Triangle. Still, there are enough webinars, including Teresa's, that can help obtain the minimum required.
