Agile - Quality Checking

Hi , Based on your experience, is there any quality-checking activity that should remain in Agile / SAFe? If yes, what is it? And which role should be performing such quality-checking activities?
Thanks in advance.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities are embedded into the Agile based method you use. For example, in XP, that is performed thanks pair programing.

The quality of work products is the responsibility of the full team and not just a single dedicated role. However, QC activities might be performed by specific team members within an agile team.

As Sergio indicates, specific agile methodologies do provide specific quality practices including non-solo work, refactoring, test driven development and so on.
