Thanks for the link, Oliver. This deepen my understanding about Agile being possibly embraced into non-IT related industries. Worth reading.
Agile exists in other industries but under different technology and timeframe. For example In the oil and gas industry there are phased developments, appraisal activity, and option points with expansion capability built in.
