What's after the PSM I Certification ?
Network:85774

Now that I've obtained my PSM I, I am planning to either go for the:

Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) or Scaled Professional Scrum (SPS)

In your professional and personal opinion, which one should one pursue next ?

Rami, the scaled scrum would be focused at a framework level as opposed to the PSPO at the role level. It depends on how you want to position your expertise. Realistically, you could go for both. From my perspective and what I see the needs and organizational directions, I'd want to stay more 'big picture' with the Scaled Scrum. But that is based on what I see and where I want to go. I had earned my PSM b/c I had been asked to change roles (though, that never happened).

What is your motivation? How do you want to position yourself?
Great advise Andrew. Thanks a lot.

Rami,
Congratulations on your new certification.
How do you see it being apply in construction? Of those other certification any that have more potential in construction?
Thanks Vincent.

In terms of being applicable to the construction, as Sante said, it might not be applicable to the whole project but to parts or certain departments. You can definitely use scrum to deliver parts of a project, in the construction industry.

Congrats Rami, I'm sure this achievement will help you a lot down the road. If you see the potential, I think you should go for both certification. Anyway it depends on your individual priority and expertise.

Thanks Anish - In fact, I am thinking of going for both. Let's see - It all depends on my free time and the work load :-)
