PM Challenge - same options for single question

i was taking my PM challenges questions this day. And I came across two questions for which the options were repeated twice. I clicked the answer and it came out to be the other option which is the same as the one I clicked.

How many of you faced this?

Many of the PM Challenge Questions needs updating. The issue you faced is one of many issues with PM challenge questions but it is a great resource, no doubt.

Given the number of questions; I think some margin of error is/should be expected. So a few errors here and there doesn't diminish the value of this resource.

I did face the same issue once, took a screenshot of it and sent it to site support team and they responded well and corrected it.
