The PMI® Organizational Agility Conference returns bigger and better than ever as we examine Evolving Approaches to Resilient Value Delivery!

Older concepts of change management proposed that organizations freeze in their current state, transform and then come out into a new state of being. In today’s VUCA world (one filled with volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity), organizations do not have the luxury to stand still while they change. And in some organizations and industries, the “new state of being” may last only a couple of years. 

To remain relevant in the VUCA world, organizations and delivery professionals need to build change resilience—the ability to remain in a state of change while delivering value. This virtual conference will explore the concept of change resilience with professionals who are driving it within their organizations—and those who are living it as part of their own development.

He helps teams solve real problems for customers and create value for businesses. He also works as a coach to help teams improve the way they work, build more effective collaborations, and enjoy the journey of product development. He's a co-founder of Sense & Respond Press, a micro-publisher that creates short, focused books on innovation, digital transformation, and product management. And he's the author of Outcomes Over Output (S&R Press) and the co-author of two books: Sense & Respond (from Harvard Business Publishing) and Lean UX (from O'Reilly).

Tony is a General Manager in the Australia Division, ANZ. He has over 25 years of experience in consulting and senior management roles across Australia and Asia. He is an experienced business head and COO and has spent much of the past 10 years leading program delivery, business change and transformation teams. Tony played a key leadership role in the design and delivery of ANZ’s New Ways of Working (NWOW) transformation across the Australian business. He then led a Transformation Portfolio focused on embedding and maturing this new operating model. Prior to ANZ, Tony had a career in audit, strategy consulting and investment banking.

The Change Resilient Professional

Mike is an enthusiastic practitioner with a long history of contributions to the project management community. He helped create the agile approach DSDM in 1994 and has been using agile approaches on his projects ever since. He served on the board of the Agile Alliance and Agile Project Leadership Network (APLN) and remains active in the agile community. Mike is a frequent contributor to PMI standards and co-wrote the agile content for the recent PMBOK® Guide—Sixth Edition. He was chair of the author group for the PMI Agile Practice Guide®. He helped create the PMI-ACP® credential and wrote RMC’s PMI-ACP® Exam Prep books.

Michel is a passionate transformation and innovation leader who helps his clients better understand the needs of their customers and employees to develop better products and services.  He particularly enjoys coaching senior managers and executives become better agile leaders.  They appreciate his disruptive thinking, honesty, energy and clarity.  Michel trained over 30,000 IBMers from team members to executives in various Agile topics.  He also contributed to two Agile books published in 2017 and 2018 including PMI’s Agile Practice Guide.  His day job at IBM pays for his night job of being a photographer.  He is also a certified scuba diving Divemaster and loves playing beach volleyball, pickleball and soccer.
