Part of the infrastructure team to manage large capital funded initiatives. Projects include data center infrastructure upgrade migrating End of Life equipment to supported technology and implementing OTV for increased data center protection. Managed the migration required by the merger and acquisition of the Mid Central Hospital in Mansfield. This included 50 technology rooms and the data center. Required coordination between all business operations and network infrastructure.

Assumed responsibility for production and modification of PMO weekly progress dashboard. Included overall program health, demand queue, and RED/YELLOW projects. Used as foundation for weekly executive review.

Job Title: Brilliant Factory Project Manager

Responsible to on-board General Electric Factories onto the GE Digital Thread and realize the benefits of Brilliant Factories. This is implementation of a suite of applications, processes, and organizational change to intertwine manufacturing with IT tools. Developed PMO Suite of process and tools to support implementation and Organizational Change Management. Worked with Lean Process team to assess current metrics and recommend digital tools. Then using a Benefits centric roadmap determined solution to implement and tracked tasks from iT, to the Shop Floor, to the operations manager. The initiatives implemented included a digital work flow between Windchill, SAP, and the Proficy MES. Functionality included Labor Vouchering, Digital Work Instructions, Just in Time Inventory and Material Management, Digital kitting, and Operation Equipment Efficiency.

GE Health Care Oct. 2015 - Apr. 2016
Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Member of GE Managed Services Hosting team and responsible for customer relationship management and infrastructure Program Management. Managed the environment for both API and Caradigm customers for their hosted hospital managed services. These customers have multiple applications and my role was to project manage all new customer installs, configuration item (CIs) upgrades, scheduling suppliers, and migration to new platforms. Averaged 32 activities (average $20K per activity) a month ranging from memory upgrades, to application upgrades, to server reconfiguration and ensure proper handling of all Protected Health Information (PHI).
Also developed project proposal to consolidate Engineering Agility Support Team (EAST) infrastructure from remote manufacturing sites to consolidated data centers. The $1.2 million 6 month project will realize over $500K annual hosting costs savings for GE. Completed inventory phase as part of ‘Firefly’ project to synchronize Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) records with actual inventory and billing records.

IT Retail Digital Marketing Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Worked in the IT Retail organization as a Program Manager to implement Mobility Loyalty Suite. This included defining Benefits, Outcomes, and Capabilities and forming a Program Roadmap to implement customer loyalty programs, electronic payment, and geofencing notification on mobile devices. Capabilities include upgrading a native application plug in, defining rewards interface presentment and process improvement, interacting with Apple Passport for rewards management, defining geofencing capability and utilizing Gimbal technology to locate customers and push a notification, and all associated customer care, account authentication, and mobile security. Managed multiple suppliers and in house resources to deliver capabilities using a combination Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Worked in the Portfolio Planning Services Organization to operationalize a Benefits Management Practice for the IT organization. Assumed role as IT/Business Change Project Manager for implementing the objectives of the Consumer Energy Billing Improvement initiative. The $4.2 million dollar project included identifying changes in the company SAP billing applications and aligning resources to complete the development, properly test, and integrate into business operations. Responsible for creating and implementing achievable, pragmatic, and sustainable solutions in a highly complex technical and business environment.
Program Manager for Operations Dispatch and Scheduling Center consolidation.
$2.4 million dollar program centralized all critical energy operations center into 3 large work centers. Projects included moving people, construction of new space, and installation of new equipment and creation of state of the art multimedia control center. Included digital signage, real time dashboard presentations, IP telephony call center features, and mobile integrated customer service experience.

Managed Consumer Energy Billing Excellence team through an SAP Quality Assurance audit that explores how the organization was integration SAP tools for billing enhancements including payment plans, bill estimation, and organizational change management. Coordinated audit with six SAP consultants, analyzed audit results and prepared Consumer response to the audit findings.

North Program Management (Private Consulting) 2010-2013
Program manager for social and public service events in Northwestern Ohio and Southeastern Michigan.
