I have a solid theoretical background and practical experience in Management (expertise in Change Management, Process Management, Organizational Design, Strategic Management and Business Planning), but my first love and main interest is in Project Management.
I'm running today my own training and consulting company, Colors in Projects, specialized in Project Management services (training, consulting and Agile Coaching), and I love speaking at Project Management conferences and PMI Congresses.
I've been volunteer for Project Management Institute since 2004, starting as President for PMI Romania Chapter, later serving at global level as member in Leadership Institute Advisory Group, Chapter Member Advisory Group, now enjoying the collaboration within the Ethics Member Advisory Group (the new Ethics Insight Team).
Even though professional experience is a defining aspect in my activity, I think that I would not have come this far without a good sense of humor. I truly believe that games and metaphors are powerful tools for having interactive and enjoyable workshops, presentations or training sessions, thus enforcing the learning process (yes, I'm a fan of Game Based Education, Playful Design, Serious Games :) )
