I'm a programme manager working in London.
I also run Otobos Consultants Ltd, a project communications consultancy that was set up to help others tell the story of their projects more effectively. We provide consultancy services for businesses and individuals wanting to communicate more effectively about projects and project management. In fact, if it's words about project management, we can do it or improve it!
I have a decade of experience in projects. I've led a variety of IT and process improvement projects including e-commerce and communications developments. I'm also experienced in managing business change, having spent eight years working in financial services (including two based in Paris, France). I write the award-winning blog, A Girl's Guide to Project Management and I'm the author of Project Management in the Real World, Collaboration Tools for Project Managers (published by PMI) and Customer-Centric Project Management.
I write the blog The Money Files on ProjectManagement.com - please stop by and say hello!
