Gina Abudi, MBA has 25+ years' experience in providing consulting services and training/education with a focus on projects, process and people to mid- to large, global organizations. She is President of Abudi Consulting Group, LLC (http://www.AbudiConsulting.com).

Gina is a professional speaker and workshop presenter at a variety of conferences, forums and corporate and industry events on a variety of management, leadership and project management topics.

Gina writes a number of white papers, case studies, and articles on various management and project management topics, which can be found on her blog: http://www.GinaAbudi.com. Gina is the leading author of Best Practices for Managing BPI Projects: Six Steps to Success (J Ross Publishing, 2015) and author of Implementing Positive Organizational Change: A Strategic Project Management Approach (J Ross Publishing, 2017.) Gina is working on a series of leadership-focused "booklets."

Gina has served on PMI Education Foundation as 2017 Chair and member of the Community Engagement Community, on the Board of the PMI Mass Bay Chapter and on the Project Management Institute’s Global Corporate Council as Chair of the Leadership Team. Gina has been honored as one of the Power 50 from PMI®. She is an Advisory Board Member of Project Summit/BA World. She currently serves on the board of the Association of Change Management Professionals as Co-Chair of the Volunteer Engagement Committee and on the board of the Society of Professional Consultants.

Gina is an adjunct faculty member with a number of colleges/universities where she teaches on campus and virtually in MBA programs, Master of Science in Project Management and Master of Science in Leadership programs. Gina also partners with a number of universities to offer Abudi Consulting Group's workshops to their corporate clients.
