Laura began her management consulting firm, LAD Enterprizes, Inc, in 2002 after 9/11 forced the closing a successful start-up international consulting operation. Over the years her management consulting firm has changed to where it is today-a firm that leverages Laura’s thirty plus years of consulting experience by helping consultants and business leaders build and improve their external as well as internal consulting businesses.

Laura helps consultants and business build their internal and external consulting practices by identifying their focus and ideal client so that they can successfully engage with and deliver the right results. She does this by following her proprietary approach called the Consultant’s Model©, a model supported by her step-by-step system, the Consulting Jumpstart Blueprint©. Selected on-line consulting courses are located at Laura’s Consulting Guide (

LAD Enterprizes, Inc started as an IT Management Consulting firm but eventually moved to just providing Project Management Consulting support. Prior to starting her own business, Laura was recruited by the CEO of a Fortune 100 company for a start-up international technology consulting organization, worked 10 years for two “Big 4” consulting organizations and with several Fortune 50 companies. As a project consultant, she has provided advice to profit and non-profit organizations of all sizes and in all industries including leading large multi-million-dollar business and technology related initiatives; established new businesses, consulting organizations, and project management offices; and worked with turnarounds.

Laura offers consulting and project management seminars, is a public speaker, writes for trade magazines, and is the author of Project Management for Flat Organizations (2012, J. Ross Publishing, Inc.), one of ten 2013 Small Business Book Awards winners.
