Established PMO to reduce corporate risk. Inchcape’s corporate projects were delivered inconsistently and with little accountability. Authored/established project management methodology, Project Management Office, and staff training. Increased efficiencies and accountability lowering overall project costs and reducing corporate project risks.

Implemented pre-delivery quality program. Inchcape’s Subaru customers were unhappy with vehicle delivery. Analyzed dealers’ processes/profitability, determining centralized in-house service was more cost effective. Freed up dealers’ service bays for more profitable services while increasing Inchcape’s revenue $5.8M with processing fees.

Launched new online banking system. Elevation’s tech-savvy customers demanded state-of-the-art remote banking capabilities. Led a cross-functional team to integrate and operationalize Intuit’s online banking platform including iPhone and Android Smartphone apps resulting in improved customer satisfaction and NPS scores.

Spearheaded new energy lending program. Elevation’s won a Denver/Boulder RFP to team with their energy efficiency initiatives. Created an integrated system to maximize a DOE grant and meet all program requirements including online paperless application process, flexible underwriting guidelines and an extensive marketing campaign. The project made $35 million available to the public for energy saving initiatives.

Senior Project Manager, Elevations Credit Union, 2011 to present. Delivered multiple highly complex projects including a new Intuit-based online banking system, Apple & Android banking apps, an energy efficiency lending program in cooperation with Denver and Boulder Counties, and business services deposit and credit solutions.

Senior Project Manager, O.R. Colan Associates LLC, 2010 to 2011. Rejoined firm to manage real estate/right-of-way acquisition and related services projects for airport authorities, DOTs, local, state and federal agencies. Managed full project lifecycle from business development, due diligence and contract negotiations to service delivery.

Managing Director/Co-owner, Resonance Music Distributors, 2008 to 2010. Seized opportunity to launch/build this startup musical instrument/equipment distributor. Defined/set-up organizational structure. Controlled P&L, budgets, financials, sales, marketing and customer service operations. Played key role in eventual successful sale of company.

Senior Manager, Strategic Projects, Inchcape Australia Ltd., 2005 to 2008. Recruited to oversee multiple business unit projects for Subaru, Auto Nexus, IA Retail subsidiaries in Australia. Oversaw service, operations, distribution, construction & logistics projects. Managed PMO, process improvements, $20M budget and trained project team of 40.

Project Manager, O.R. Colan Associates, 2001 to 2005. Directed the Dayton International Airport Land Acquisition & Relocation Program. Increased acquisitions 134%, handled client relations, and managed $400K budget.
