I am intensely passionate about helping teams and leaders to find joy in work in the pursuit of customer delight. My latest work focuses on coaching, teaching and mentoring teams and individuals for perfecting excellence in the practice of Agile and Lean ways of work.

I also have a deep technical background, including hardware-software co-design, supercomputer compiler design, and the various intricacies of Enterprise Architecture for modern business systems. I hold a PhD in Computer Science, am trained as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner, and have a fairly eclectic background inspired by the Agile and Lean mindsets, Enterprise Architecture, Lean Six Sigma, the Theory of Constraints, various ancient Oriental texts and many other ways of thinking. I also regularly deliver guest lectures at various Universities, speak at conferences, and gave webinars on Agile-related topics for various PMI communities of practice, now part of the ProjectManagement.com knowledge assets.

I am also quite active in the wider Agile community, serving as co-organizer of AgileWelly (http://meetup.com/AgileWelly). I'm also a keen Aikido practitioner, a mad skier & cyclist and an avid photographer. Reach me at KiwiHoria@gmail.com or @KiwiHoria
