Dora Luz Mejia is PMP® certified with more than 20 years of experience 20 years in Financial Services and Telecommunications as manager Transformational projects of high complexity, remote and multicultural teams. These experiences have included the generation of products, services and transformations of business models. Dora Luz has led projects with teams from the Americas and Asia in different Transformation strategies.
He currently serves as Business Transformation Manager at a financial institution in Colombia. In this role Lead organizational transformation projects with high technological impact in environments oriented to agility. He complements his work as a teacher of project management in different universities and volunteer PMI.
Dora is a Colombian citizen, has lived in the United States and England with fluent English and Spanish Language. He is a Systems Engineer, Finance Specialist, Project Preparation and Evaluation and a Master of Information Technology Management from WPI in Massachusetts.
As an active Volunteer of PMI International, she led the Project Management community in Medellín and created the PMI Antioquia-Colombia Chapter of which she is the first President. He is currently participating in the PMI Master Class 2017 Global Leadership Program.
Dora has collaborated with volunteer organizations to develop technical skills in Youth and served as Leader of the NAWMBA (MBA Women International) organization that develops leadership skills in women
