- Successfully led a strategic project with a new customer to Presspart Group

o Built and directed an international cross-functional team of 25+ stakeholders within a matrix organization

o Defined and implemented a portfolio of project management documents (Gantt chart, APQP, executive one-pagers…) to track and measure the achievement of project’s milestones

o Closely monitored project’s critical path and risks throughout its life cycle. Escalated to senior management when necessary

- Conceived, developed and characterized novel engineered absorbents to satisfy the gas filtration market demands. Among them, an outstanding dry scrubber with the highest H2S absorption capacity in the market

- Significantly improved (20%) the absorption capacity, removal efficiency and mechanical properties of existing absorbents by using an “outside the box” approach

- Carried out the industrialization of newly developed formulations, including the optimization and validation of manufacturing parameters

- Commissioned the set up, installation and validation of new filtering equipment at customer’s site

- Mentored sales team on the technical features of newly developed absorbents. In addition, provided advice regarding commercial strategies for all filtration products in the portfolio

- Drafted several case studies for the marketing department to increase company’s visibility
