Contractor/Project Manager/Consultant (November 2017 – current)
Managed the project for the definition and implementation of a portfolio management framework focused on financial value, managing technology initiatives as a portfolio of financial investments for Group Customers. The framework includes financial value/benefits management, an agile-friendly stage-gate system, a continuous planning process using a 3 year opportunity window, instead of a yearly budget-driven approach. All these components are reflected on a dashboard with portfolio level metrics focused on financial value. Major elements of the framework have been adopted by other units in the corporation.

Contractor/Project/Program Manager (June 2017 – November 2017)
? Managed a program of infrastructure projects related to IT services for construction sites, part of the Major Component Replacement program (MCR), a $13B investment.
? Turned around an $8M program in six months, from red to green. Responsibilities included schedule and project accounting and forecast/budget management The program provided MCR with:
o Smart cameras and video management software, for visualization of activities inside the reactor vaults, with video streams available on the corporate LAN and worldwide via internet. .
o Connectivity of an analog wired communication system attached to the plastic suits used in the vault to a digital solution, so workers in the vault can communicate through the corporate phone system,
o A wireless communication system inside the vaults, integrated with the corporate phone system.

Other Contractor/consultant/trainer activities: 2016
? Consultant at Manulife Financial: Assisted the EPMO in the adoption of agile with adjustments to the Stage Gate Framework, budget management and impact to other functions. Developed health metrics for delivery and benefits, for agile and traditional projects; agile metrics based on SAFe and other sources.
? P3M Solutions: Project Manager/Scrum Master and Product Owner for the final phase of a Benefits Realization Management tool to include a digital dashboard interface.

? Conceptualized, defined and developed BRMTool, a SaaS web application to support top-down portfolio management for strategy execution, development of financial models for impact on cash flow and asset value, strategy mapping and balanced scorecard frameworks. Developed on .Net, SQL.
? Successfully applied scrum with a team of off-shore developers plus on-shore design and SQA

? Created an innovative cash-flow base business case tool that included a quantification of soft benefits, impact of risk and pre-defined formulas based on financial impact. Property & Casualty business.
? Introduced agile to the organization, provided consulting, developed and delivered training and provided coaching for the adoption of agile. Developed and implemented set of tools for agile/scrum and provided coaching to internal team in charge of removal of obstacles to facilitate adoption.
