Henrique Moura is a project management professional with experience as project manager, trainer, consultant and author.

He has managed projects for 15 years across multiple industries. He has acted as both supplier and customer project manager in complex international projects with large teams and multiple vendors. He has been particularly focused on IT projects and PMO implementations, but he also has experience in process reengineering and product development.

Henrique is the author of the PMP® exam prep books "McGraw-Hill Education PMP® Project Management Professional Exam"?, published in US by McGraw-Hill in 2014 and "PMP® Sem Segredos"?, published in Brazil by Elsevier in 2013.

He has an extensive world-wide experience as a project management trainer and consultant, delivering training sessions, conducting workshops, coaching, conducting project health checks and implementing PMO's. His experience crosses industries such as oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, finance, government, media, telco, utilities, nuclear, consumer goods and healthcare.

He also acts or acted as lecturer for several institutions, including Católica-School of Business and Economics, ISEG, Nova School of Business and Economics, FCT, Caledonian College of Engineering (Oman), Universidad por la Cooperación Internacional Costa Rica, UAL, ISLA, Military Academy, INA and ISEP.

He was a speaker in several international congresses, including PMI AGC conference held in Bahrain in 2015, PMI EMEA congress held in Marseille in 2012 and PMI Portugal congress held in Lisbon in 2012. He was also a key note speaker in the PMI Portugal Chapter 2011 congress. He has worked for PMI as an evaluator for the 2011 Project Management Literature Award - PMI David I. Cleland. He was also a member of the volunteer team developing the PMBOK 5th edition and the Standard for Program Management – 4th and 2nd Edition.

Henrique is a certified PMP, RMP, ACP, EVP, Scrum Master, Prince2 and ITIL Foundation.
