Vinod is a PMP, PgMP, ITIL V3 Certified Project Manager with 9+ years of IT consulting experience. Vinod has been a strategic solution provider with excellent project management and conflict resolution skills. He has the ability to bridge gaps between business and technology with expertise in managing complex programs and multiple concurrent projects. Vinod has managed large IT implementation projects overseeing end-to-end process in various SAP modules.
Over the last couple of years, Vinod has played a key role as the Program Manager of the ‘Performance Improvement Program’ at the Florida Department of Revenue’s (FDOR) Child Support Program. As a Program Manager, Vinod was instrumental in increasing the financial performance of program by pursuing a relentless focus on strategic projects and aligning strategic benefits of the Performance Improvement Program to the Organization’s goal of collecting and distributing money efficiently to parents.
