PROJECT EXPERIENCE

From July 2013 to mid-2015, I served as the Orbis Cascade Alliance-side project manager for the migration of 31 institutions to shared management and discovery services using Ex Libris Alma and Primo. I previously worked in library systems and technology positions at Washington State University, the National Library of Medicine, and at Texas A&M University.

Other projects:

-Orbis Cascade Alliance project manager for the migration of Clackamas Community College into the Orbis Cascade Alliance's Shared ILS (2017).

-Orbis Cascade Alliance project manager for the migration of Whitworth University into the Orbis Cascade Alliance's Shared ILS (2016).

-Customer-side lead for the Orbis Cascade Alliance's Bibliographic Record (including Network Zone) initiative, a software development project with Ex Libris (2015-2016).

-Project manager for the implementation of the OCLC WorldCat Local discovery layer at the Washington State University Libraries (2009).

-Project team member: Orbis Cascade Alliance’s migration to OCLC WorldCat Navigator to support its high volume returnables borrowing service (2008-2009).

-Project team member: Implementation of the Relais document delivery system in the National Library of Medicine, as part of NLM's Systems Reinvention effort (1997-1998).

-Project team member: Opening of Texas A&M's West Campus Library, a highly-automated library facility (1994-1995).
