Quality Plan and Policy
This project quality plan and policy defines the project quality requirements for all parties involved with the project. The project will achieve quality through the implementation of these four key strategies: (1) The introduction of a formal process for the review of all final deliverables produced by the project; (2) the consistent application of the project management processes and techniques outlined in this document and regular review to ensure proper application of these techniques; (3) the provision of appropriately skilled professionals to support the project; and (4) the development and continuous improvement of user-based skill sets through effective training.
