Underlying cultural values drive business behavior. So many businesses depend on mission-critical projects, and often these project team leaders utilize resources with a variety of cultural backgrounds. This webinar starts with behaviors you may have experienced in your project teams (such as slow response times, lack of ideas, unwillingness to share problems in a timely manner, distrust, lack of communication) and focuses on possible underlying cultural orientations that drive that kind of behavior. The second portion of the webinar will focus on what project leaders do that may unintentionally discriminate against people who are "differeny" and offers advice on behavior options to be more effective when working in a multi-cultural environment.
