The Chapter Leader Orientation is designed as an introduction for volunteers who are new to chapter leadership, new to the board or taking on a new role. However, the sessions are available to, and can benefit, any chapter leader. Getting a refresher on chapter governance, or brushing up on leadership theories can help make chapter leaders stronger, and chapters more successful. With the 2019 Chapter Leader Orientation, look for new modules for two more chapter leader functions: Volunteer Engagement and Chapter Finance.
