Q: In Agile Project when will be the spike solution undertaken?
created by INDUMATHI KANNAYIRAM on Oct 15, 2022Q: In an IT software implementation project, the project came to a stop when faced with a showstopper issue. A proper solution is available from your RnD department but due to current workload RnD can only deliver the solution in 3-4 months however your client disagree and asks for a workaround solution to keep the original timeline. As workaround solution usually introduces regression, what would you do as a PM of that project?
created by Freddy S. Usman on Jul 04, 2016Q: In an older poll (https://www.projectmanagement.com/polls/440807/Are-you-using-Project-Management-tools-on-your-mobile-device-) I asked about the usage of mobile pm tools. I would like to repeat that question: Are you using Project Management tools on your mobile device? Please feel free to leave a comment, too.

created by Anupam on Aug 10, 2018Q: In January, I am privileged to start a new collaborative blog with my colleagues Adilson Pize, Agnieszka Krogulec, Alan Mills, Naeem Iqbal, Sanjay Kumar and Titi Park. Our blog is called Project-Management-for-Future-Leaders (https://www.projectmanagement.com/blogs/423995/Project-Management-for-Future-Leaders) and we plan to blog about how project management can help young people grow and succeed in life, among other things. How do you feel about this? Are you interested?
created by Mike Frenette on Dec 15, 2017Q: In July 2015, I've created a poll questioning you, my collegues: "what's the biggest problem that do you face in your projects?" Almost everyone responds "issue communications", but now I have another question: what EXACTLY defines "poor communication"? I would like to receive some real examples of "problems of communication in projects".
