Goal Setting

Goals can be set for enterprise-wide objectives, project objectives, activity-level, and/or quality-related objectives (see Objectives Setting).

Ground Rules

Establishing ground rules is a proven technique to promote acceptable behaviors by minimizing confusion and misunderstandings.
