byProject managers have a stakeholder management problem. Or, to be more precise, they have a problem with a lot of stakeholders who endlessly resist being managed. So why the gap? Where did it come from? How did it all get this ugly? And what's to be done about it?
Q: I am working on my Ph.D. in leadership, and the topic is how leadership traits affect project outcomes. By a show of hands (Yes or No), how many project management professionals here would be willing to fill out an anonymous survey that I could use for my research data? A good survey should have at least 200 participants, so I hope I get enough Yes answers to post in the community. If so, I will likely post a follow-up link in this thread with the survey. Much thanks! John
